Meetings

Our committee meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month (except January) from 10:30 am, at one of the Committee member's houses.

Prior to 2024, the committee meetings were generally concerned with planning future doll and bear competitions and associated doll and bear workshops.

In 2024 and into the foreseeable future, as there will be no shows, these meetings will be more socially oriented such as craft and other activities.
